PLEASE NOTE: Applications received after May 10th will be listed on our Social accounts and website, but NOT listed in our physical printed show guide.
We are looking for amazing additional content and programming for this year's festival. We are not restricted by our location, so please reach out with ideas!
Five Points Festival is New York’s premier designer toy and indie art convention, returning June 7-8, 2025, in Beacon, NY! This year, we’re celebrating the artists, creators, and rebels at the heart of the art toy and independent art scenes. From underground culture to comics, vinyl records, street art, bones, and beyond—we want YOU to be part of it!
If accepted, you’ll be notified by May 7 (or sooner), and payment will be required to secure your space. You won’t be charged unless you’re accepted.
No longer confined by convention center rules, we’re bringing the festival experience to life in bold new ways. Think late-night hangs, bonfires, and an atmosphere that’s as wild as your imagination. Bring your most creative, outside-the-box ideas—let’s make this unforgettable.

Artist Alley Tables – $250
Each Artist Alley table includes:
✔ Two vendor badges to Five Points Fest
✔ One 6ft table (no drape or electricity provided)
✔ A space to showcase your original work—all artwork must be your own or a collaboration, including sketchbooks, prints, posters, comics, handmade toys, pins, plushes, and T-shirts.
Note: Artist Alley is exclusively for independent artists. Manufacturers and those displaying others’ work are not eligible.If you need walls, electricity, or a more prominent/larger space, please apply for a vendor booth.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
Artist Alley is not a cheaper alternative to a Full Booth, nor is it an easy way to make money off intellectual property that is not your own.
Mass production and sale of items by artists in Artist Alley could damage the integrity and threaten the continued existence of Artist Alley. Artists found to be producing and selling items in numbers rivaling those of Exhibit Hall vendors or utilizing Artist Alley in a manner that could potentially damage the integrity and spirit of Artist Alley may face immediate expulsion from Five Points Fest events.
The following items are prohibited from sale within Artist Alley:
— Bootleg products (any item purchased from a retailer with the intent to directly resale/ fakes/ copies). This DOES NOT apply to “bootleg genre” carded figured - please email for specific information.
— Items that are a replication of licensed merchandise "copies".
— Traced, photoshopped, transferred, etc. art of a licensed image. This includes but is not limited to, work from “redraw” projects that directly reference licensed images. Plagiarism of any kind is forbidden!
— 2nd or 3rd party items.
— Food, snacks, or beverages.
Proxy selling - Selling the works of a person who is not present and is a registered artist in Five Points Fest Artist Alley is strictly prohibited. Collaborative works, such as anthologies, would be an exception to this rule. Please contact us for more info.
Studios - If multiple people are involved in the pieces for sale, all artists involved must be present for the entire duration of the convention. If you belong to a studio that has three or more employees and thus more than two people are represented in the displayed artwork, please consider acquiring a booth space.
Table Transfers - Tables are non-transferable from one artist to another.
Copyright Law - It is the responsibility of the artist to ensure that their artworks do not violate any copyright laws. Five Points Festival and the Artist Alley staff cannot and will not provide legal protection to artists under any circumstances.
Weapons Sales - Sales of weapons or props are prohibited in Artist Alley.
REFUND POLICY:
By completing this application I understand that there will be no refund or credit after I have paid the fees.
