Food Truck Rodeo in downtown Hudson is presented by In The Park Events . There will be activities and shopping and 5+ food trucks to eat from.

Terms & Conditions

In addition to the terms and conditions listed on this application, we have the authority and responsibility to remove any vendors that do not comply with our internal festival rules/guidelines as well as local/federal guidelines.
 
Furthermore, Accepted vendors will receive additional information about festival rules including parking, vendor set-up, load-in, and a variety of other questions.
 
All events are rain or shine events. 
Once your form is approved it will charge your card immediately. If your form is rejected or put on the waitlist you will not be charged anything. 
 
In The Park Events LLC  or any other party associated with this event is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items or proper.

 

No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend the event without prior communication, you will be prohibited from participating in any future events. However, if you notify us in advance, we will make every effort to work with you, as we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.

 

Scheduled Payments Policy

If you choose a scheduled payment plan and your payment fails, you will have 48 hours to respond and resolve the issue. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, your spot will be forfeited, and you will be removed from the event. You may reapply, but full payment will be required upfront.

If you choose a scheduled payment plan but later decide to withdraw from the event, the application fee is non-refundable. If your withdrawal occurs 45 days or less before the event, you will still be responsible for paying the booth fee in full. If you withdraw 46 days or more before the event, a $75 cancellation fee will apply per spot, per event.

  • By signing below I agreeing to the following terms and conditions, I recognize this is a rain or shine event meaning there is no alternate “rain date”. If the event is cancelled by COVID-19 I also understand there is no alternate date and no refund. I recognize that In The Park Events LLC or any other party associated with this event is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items or property. I also understand if I cannot attend the event for whatever reason there is no refund. I agree to the rules and regulations stated in the application.
  • By signing below I understand if I cannot attend this event and let In The Park Events know 14 days or more prior to the event and my spot can be filled by In The Park Events I will get a full refund back. But if In The Park Events cannot fill the spot their is no refund. And if I cannot attend and 13 days or less prior to the event then I will not get a refund.
