About the application
Thank you for your interest in the Linn County Fair. You will need to upload your food truck licensing and insurance during the application process. If your application is approved, you will receive a contract that needs to be signed and returned to the organizer.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Consideration for space assignment is based on area needed and utilities requested. Linn County Fair requires all food vendors carry and provide general liability insurance. Vendors are also required to submit a Notice of Mobile Unit Movement to the Linn County Environmental Health Office (see related files section of this application).
- Dumping of grey water in storm drains is not allowed; receptacles will be provided.
- Propane is available at market rate
- Ice must be purchased onsite, please ask about bag rates
- The cost of drinks must be the same for each food truck

Violators will face expulsion from the Linn County Fair. Wristbands may be picked up during move in. |
