Terms & Conditions
The rules and regulations set by the City of Kimmswick and the Kimmswick Festival Committee are binding for all Corporate Sponsors.
This application is an electronic agreement. By submitting it, you affirm you have read these terms and conditions and agree to adhere to them. No festival spaces will be secured as complimentary by any business or nonprofit organization that engages in the sale of goods, products or services at City of Kimmswick festivals.
No festival spaces may be subleased to or secured on behalf of another organization at City of Kimmswick festivals. No exceptions will be made.
No partial or half spaces will be made available or sold at City of Kimmswick festivals. No trademark infringement will be permitted. Monitoring and enforcement personnel are on site throughout festival. The City of Kimmswick and the City of Kimmswick Events Committee reserve the right to accept or refuse any Corporate Sponsorship application, in their sole and absolute discretion. No refunds will be issued after September 8, 2025.No exceptions will be made. BY APPLYING TO BE A CORPORATE SPONSOR AT THIS EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONFIRM YOUR UNDERSTANDING THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER SEPTEMBER 8, 2025. I, on behalf of my organization, hereby release the City of Kimmswick, Missouri, and its employees and agents, the Events Committee, and its individual members from responsibility for damage to the arts/crafts/food or products displayed/sold and my personal possessions as well as for any personal injury to myself or others. I, on behalf of my organization, am also responsible for any injury that occurs to my booth/tent. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless said organizations and individuals for any damage or injury which may result from the sale or display of our products. I further state that I am authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the Company/Organization, and will hold the City of Kimmswick harmless in the event that the representations I make herein are incorrect. _____________________________ SETUPUpon arrival as a Corporate Sponsor, please be certain to set up in your assigned space(s). If you do not set up in your assigned space(s) a City/festival official will attempt to reach you to move immediately. If necessary, the contents/products of your booth/tent will be moved to the correct space. The City of Kimmswick and/or City/event official will not be responsible for any damage done during the transfer/storage of items. _____________________________ PARKING
Parking on City of Kimmswick streets on the Thursday and Friday prior to the festival is prohibited due to festival set up. Cars parked on city streets after booth item drop-off will be towed at the owner's expense. Vendors/Corporate Sponsors assigned to booth-space(s) in the City Park or the City Hall Field may begin set up on the Thursday and Friday prior to the festival. However, vendors in assigned street spaces may not begin set up until after 4:00pm on the Friday before the festival. If you prefer to set up the day of the festival, your vehicle must be moved off city streets before 8:00am. You will need to unload your vehicle and move it to the designated parking areas as soon as possible. Each Vendor/Corporate Sponsor will receive one Vendor parking pass in their festival packet. An additional parking pass can be obtained at Kimmswick City Hall. Parking will also be available at Windsor School Campus and the City of Kimmswick Field for a nominal fee. Please enter the City of Kimmswick via Montebello Road on the Saturday and Sunday of the festival. Please do not move your vehicle from designated parking areas prior to 5:00pm on festival days, if possible.
