Welcome to the Food Vendor Application for the 2024 High Point Holiday Stroll that will be held Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 10:00am - 4:00pm! Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting an application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 Please note that this event requires Food Vendors to participate for the length of the event. Leaving early is not permitted. 

About the event

The High Point Holiday Stroll is back! The High Point Holiday Stroll is an annual celebration that brings the community together for a day of festive activities, shopping, dining, and holiday fun. Attendees can enjoy local vendors, open houses, carriage rides, and entertainment for everyone, all while exploring High Point’s unique charm. It’s the perfect way to support small businesses and experience the holiday spirit throughout the city. The event will be Saturday, December 7th, 2024, from 10am to 4pm on North Main Street and adjacent streets! We’re excited to share some exciting updates for this year’s Holiday Stroll—check out what’s new! 🎄 What’s New in 2024 🎄 -Brand Refresh: You may have already noticed; the High Point Holiday Stroll has a fresh new look! We’ve blended tradition with innovation to better reflect the spirit of High Point. You can follow High Point Holiday Stroll and be informed on Facebook (High Point Holiday Stroll), Instagram (@highpointholidaystroll), and the official website ()! -Visit Hight Point: The Events Development Department at Visit High Point is honored to manage this year’s Holiday Stroll. We are deeply grateful for Elizabeth’s leadership over the past 14 years, and are pleased to have her continued guidance as she supports us throughout this transition. -Expanded Experiences: This year, we’re adding more excitement with new adult activities, extra vendor markets, a Kids Zone, and free horse-drawn carriage rides. It's the perfect way for your organization to gain visibility while supporting a beloved community event. Join us for Year 15!

Terms & Conditions

Food Vendor Regulations

  • Food Trucks will be stationed in different locations throughout the stroll grounds. Locations include:
    • First Bank Parking Lot (1200 N Main St)
    • 1614 Drinks - Music - Billiards Parking Lot (1614 N Main St)
  • All food trucks must be self-contained and have silent generators
  • Your food truck or vending station must be adequately staffed at ALL TIMES!!!
  • Health Regulations: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations set by local health authorities to maintain a clean and safe food preparation environment
  • Professional Presentation: Maintain a clean and well-presented food truck/station to enhance the overall aesthetic of the festival
  • Capacity and Logistics: Ensure that your food truck/station has the capacity to handle the expected crowd at the High Point Holiday Stroll. Plan logistics for efficient food preparation and service
  • Pricing Transparency: Clearly display prices for all menu items to provide transparency to customers. Consider offering combo deals or specials for festival-goers
  • Participation: Every food truck/station participating in the High Point Holiday Stroll agrees to be present and actively serving for the length of the festival day. 

Refunds

  • All sales FINAL - method of payment is charged upon approval
  • All fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-call or no-show
  • No refunds for inclement weather

Inclement Weather

  • The High Point Holiday Stroll is a rain or shine event, and we encourage all vendors to prepare accordingly for varying weather conditions. Please note that the event will only be cancelled in the event of a torrential storm or severe weather conditions deemed hazardous by event organizers.
