Food vendors must provide a health department permit and provide a certificate of liability naming both the City of Crown Point and the Col. Wheeler Middle School as additional insured. Vendors will unload & load in the rear parking lot to enter the building. Once unloaded, vendors will be required to move to the front school parking lot to allow the rear for customers. Vendors must bring all their own equipment, tables, chairs, racks etc. Everything must have rubber feet as to not scratch the floors.

- I/We agree to hold harmless and indemnify the City of Crown Point, Col. Wheeler Middle School or any person or board connected with the Winter Market for all claims that may be brough by anyone from the use or consumption of any product sold by us during this event. As well as any/all liability due to damage, and/or theft of my/our merchandise, goods, and wares kept upon premises designated by persons mentioned above. This agreement refers to any /all damage including but not limited to damage by heat, water, sun, rain, wind, cold, theft, and vandalism and the like. All claims, suits, actions, debts and costs, charges and expenses or damages of any nature arising from any activities under this contract, including the lost predicated on active or passive negligence of the indemnities. I also understand and agree that once this application is received by the City of Crown Point, there will NOT be any refund, unless cancelled due to COVID-19.
