Food Truck Tuesday Application

Lilburn offers two types of Food Truck Tuesday events.

1.  Food Truck Tuesday on Main - takes place each Tuesday (except the 2nd Tuesday of each month) located at the corner of Main St. and First Ave. from 12-9pm, March - September.  Time is subject change. For this event we select 2 trucks to attend each Tuesday.
2. Food Truck Tuesday in the Park -  takes place the 2nd Tuesday of each month (June - October) in Lilburn City Park and includes live entertainment at the bandshell.  For this event we will select 8 trucks per event date.  5:00 - 9:00 pm June - August and 4:00 - 8:00 pm September and October.

• Please list the dates you are interested in.
• You will receive an email confirming the date/dates you have been selected for.
•  Each vendor will be charged the vendor fee 7 days prior to the event for each event date they have been selected for.
• Please be sure to pay attention to which event you are selected for.  Your email confirmation will say "Food Truck Tuesday in the Park" or "Food Truck Tuesday on Main".

  Rules for food vendors

• Number and variety of vendors will be determined by the City of Lilburn.
• The City of Lilburn may remove a vendor for any reason.
• If you submit an application for a specific truck or set up, that truck and setup should be the only one at the event. You can not substitute a truck unless this was arranged in advance with the Event Coordinator.
• No-call no-show trucks will be dropped from the rest of the schedule with no refund.
• Late trucks will be charged an additional late fee of $25.00
• Load in instructions will be emailed to your email on file with Eventeny.  Please pay close attention to your load in time as well as which type of Food Truck Tuesday event you have been selected for.
• Your instructions will say "Food Trucks on Main"  or "Food Truck Tuesday in the Park".
• Only accepted vendors who have paid their fee will be permitted.
• Each truck should have their own generator and wifi hotspot.
• Grease will only be allowed in self contained cooking units and cannot be disposed of in the park.
• All food trucks must have a fire extinguisher on board and are subject to inspection by the Gwinnett County Fire Department.
• You can not serve alcohol or anything in glass bottles.
• All events are outside rain or shine.

• The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury. Applicant agrees to abide by industry standards relating to safe food handling, preparation, and service. All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event. By checking the box on this application, applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document.
