Thank you for your interested in participating as a food vendor at our event.  Please review this application thoroughly, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. By completing this application, you are entering into an electronic agreement, confirming your understanding and acceptance of our terms. Please note that your payment will only be processed after your application has been reviewed and you have received a confirmation email from us.

About the event

The 21st Annual Mountains, Music and Motorcycles is a one-of-a-kind event with biker games, poker run, scavenger hunt, and a bike and car show. There will be vendors for merchandise, food and drinks. The Mountains, Music and Motorcycles will be held on August 15-17, 2025 in Mountain View, AR. This Mountain View motorcycle event is held at Historic Town Square and hosted by Mountain View Chamber of Commerce.

Terms & Conditions

Agreement Purpose:

 

This agreement outlines the Terms and Conditions under which the Food Vendor is authorized by the Mountain View Area Chamber of Commerce to operate a food concession, in accordance with Ordinance #90-2 from the City Council of Mountain View, Arkansas.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

HOURS:

The concession will operate from Friday, August 15, 2025, through Saturday, August 16, 2025. Vendors may begin setting up after 5:00 PM on Thursday, August 14, but must be fully set up by 8:00 AM on Friday, August 15. If you need to set up on Wednesday, please contact the chamber office for arrangements, with the understanding that you must operate on Thursday. No exceptions will be made without the explicit permission of the Executive Director of the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce.

 

MENU:

The food vendor agrees to sell only the items pre-approved by the Mountain View Area Chamber of Commerce. Any changes or additions must be cleared with the chamber in advance. Unauthorized items will be subject to removal. Failure to comply with menu restrictions will result in the vendor's removal from the event.

 

TERMINATION OF RIGHTS:

The Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to terminate the vendor’s operation at any time if the quality of the products sold does not meet the standards set by the Mountain View Area Chamber of Commerce Vendor Committee. The Chamber may also terminate this agreement if the vendor violates Health Department regulations, fails to cooperate with Chamber representatives, breaches the agreement, or engages in actions that compromise security.

 

1. REFUNDS:

This is a rain or shine event, and our no-cancellation policy applies. If you cancel your contract with the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce, any payments made will be forfeited. 

 

2. COMMISSIONS AND PAYMENT:

 

In consideration for the right to sell food and beverages during the MMM festival, the vendor agrees to pay the following fees to the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce:

- $500.00 for non-members

- $400.00 for Mountain View Area Chamber of Commerce members

 

All prices on items sold by the vendor must include sales tax. The vendor is responsible for the collection and payment of all applicable taxes as required by Arkansas law.

 

3. PREMISES:

 

The vendor agrees to leave the premises in the same condition as found. This includes maintaining cleanliness around the vending area, properly disposing of trash, and avoiding the dumping of grease or other waste. All large boxes and oil containers must be disposed of in designated dumpsters. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in exclusion from future events.

Food Vendor Space (MV chamber member) $400.00 Non-refundable
Non-Profit Food Vendor $250.00 Non-refundable This is for one 10'X20' Not-for-profit food vendor space. You must be able to prove non-profit status.
Pickin' Park "Cooling Station" Vendor $200.00 Non-refundable This vendor fee is for drink, snow cone, or ice cream vendors who are willing to be located near the Pickin' Park (Washington Street Park) in conjunction with our cooling station.
