Wildside Winery Pumpkin Festival Vendor Terms & Conditions
Event Overview:
Event Dates: October 5, 2024 (12:00 PM – 7:00 PM) and October 6, 2024 (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
Location: Wildside Winery, 5500 Troy Pike, Versailles, KY 40383
1. Application and Fees:
All vendors must submit a completed application by the specified deadline.
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Wildside Winery.
Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment and completion of the application.
2. Vendor Spaces:
Wildside Winery will designate vendor spaces. Vendors can choose their preferred space from those available upon arrival.
Vendors are responsible for setting up and tearing down their own spaces.
Setup begins at 9:00 AM each day, and all vendors must be ready by 11:45 AM.
Tear down may not begin until after 7:00 PM on October 5th and after 5:00 PM on October 6th unless otherwise directed by event staff.
3. Vendor Responsibilities:
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and any other necessary equipment.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their area and must dispose of all trash in designated areas.
Wildside Winery is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations.
4. Product Guidelines:
All types of vendors are welcome, including those offering food, crafts, arts, and other products.
Vendors must clearly display prices for all items.
Food vendors must have all necessary permits and adhere to health regulations.
5. Conduct:
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times.
Loud music, aggressive sales tactics, or any behavior that disrupts the event will not be tolerated.
Wildside Winery reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave if they do not adhere to these guidelines.
6. Liability:
Vendors participate at their own risk. Wildside Winery is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.
7. Cancellations and Weather:
The event will proceed rain or shine. In the case of severe weather, Wildside Winery may cancel or modify the event at its discretion.
Vendors will be notified of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.
8. Pumpkin Sales:
Locally grown pumpkins will be available for purchase at the festival. Vendors are not allowed to sell pumpkins or pumpkin products without prior approval from Wildside Winery.
By submitting an application, vendors agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the loss of vendor space without refund.
