About the application
Are you looking to sell a product during FrankenPride? Vendors are permitted to sell items during FrankenPride, this includes solicitaion of contact information for the sole purpose of selling or marketing items for sale.
Please note selling of food/beverages is not permitted under the vendor application.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
This is a family and youth focused event. Businesses who sell cannabis, alcohol, and adult themed items are not permitted.
We are not accepting applications for food trucks/food vendors.
A full refund, minus applicable taxes and fees, will be given with a written notice request received by September 30, 2024. A 50% refund will be given with a written notice request received by October 13, 2024. No refunds will be given for any request received on or after October 14, 2024.

- Please describe your organization, including what, if any products, you will be bringing to FrankenPride.
- I agree to hold harmless and indemnify St Pete Pride and its agents, representatives, employees, volunteers, and partners against any claims arising out of participation in FrankenPride 2024. I certify that I will maintain adequate liability insurance to cover any and all occurrences which may result in the damage or injury to any person who may be a patron to 2023 St Pete Pride. While presentation of this insurance is not necessary to execute this application, I agree and acknowledge I shall provide a Certificate of Insurance or proof of said insurance policy upon the request of St Pete Pride. Certificates of Insurance must name St. Pete Pride, Inc as Additional Insured.
- I have read and agree to the 2024 St Pete Pride Vendor Agreement and understand that St Pete Pride events will happen rain or shine. I understand that there will not be refunds due to inclement weather and that St Pete Pride makes no claims to attendance or potential for booth traffic. I understand that all changes must be made prior to October 13, 2024, any changes past that day may result in a loss of money paid to St Pete Pride for participation in the event. I understand, unless otherwise indicated, that registration is for the space only and does not include a tent, table, or chairs.
