ALL VENDORS HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR THE 2022 FESTIVAL. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM SBCC, PLEASE CALL 251.943.5590. Foley is the spot for high-flying adventure and family fun at the Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival. Enjoy entertainment, arts and crafts displays, face painting, food, and more at the festival site daily. Balloon glows and tethered rides (weather permitting) add to the fun at dawn and dusk. BALLOONS ARE ONLY VISIBLE AT DUSK AND DAWN, WEATHER PERMITTING. Please be sure to visit our website, for the most current information. NO PECAN/NUT VENDORS AVAILABLE.

About the application

Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions by calling Candice at 251.943.5590. This is an electronic agreement and by applying for this space, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Please fill out the form completely, including credit card information. Once you have submitted your completed application, you will be notified by email that it has been received. Your application is then reviewed by the committee and final determination of your acceptance will be sent via email by April 1, 2022. South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce Members will receive priority placement at the festival. If you are interested in becoming a member, please call Travis Valentine at 251.943.1036. Each booth space will be provided with (1) 110 outlet. Lights are encouraged for evenings. Tents must be weighted. Festival hours are 5pm-10pm on Thursday, and 11am-10pm on Friday and Saturday.

By submitting application, I understand and agree with the rules and regulations that are set forth in this application and agree to abide by and fully comply with said rules. I understand and agree that the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Committee, and OWA are not responsible in any way for damage, loss or theft of me, my firm or of my customers and employees and agree to indemnify and defend and hold harmless the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Committee, and OWA against such loss, damage or theft.

Prices

Application fees $25 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
12x12 Booth Space $450 Non-refundable Single booth space is 12 feet wide and 12 feet deep. Each booth space is allocated (1) 110 outlet. Please bring extension cords. Lights are encouraged.
12x24 Booth Space $850 Non-refundable Double booth space is 24 feet wide and 12 feet deep. Each booth space is allocated (1) 110 outlet. Please bring extension cords. Lights are encouraged.
