About the application
Thank you for your interest in the 3rd Annual Hey Black Dad Fall Festival. Food and beverage vendors are required to complete this registration form and submit their registration fee. Food and beverage vendors are to pay a $110 registration fee to reserve a 10x10 space at the festival. The registration fee also covers the submission of a "Special Event" application to receive a permit to vend, which is required by the City of Trenton. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, October 16, 2024. The registration form and fee must be submitted by this date to participate.
Location: Millhill Park, Front Street Trenton, NJ
Date: November 2, 2024
Event Setup: 9:30am - 11:30am
Event Duration: 12:00pm - 4:00pm
Event Breakdown: 4:00pm - 6:00pm
IMPORTANT
Food and Beverage Vendors, please arrive no later than 9:30am, which is 2.5 hours prior to the festival start time at 12pm. Food and Beverage Vendors must stay for the entire duration of the event. Vendors should be prepared for an inspection by the Trenton Health Department, as food and beverage vendors must be approved by the city inspector on the day of the event, prior to the start of the event. Food And Beverage Vendors will be subject to Inspection by the City of Trenton Health Inspector and The Trenton Fire Department. All Vendors must pass an Inspection to vend at the festival. If a vendor fails inspection there will be no refund.

- I have read the vendor registration form in its entirety and have accurately input contact information so that I can receive communication from Fall Festival coordinators.
- I understand that Fall Fest registration is not complete until I submit my application and registration fee.
- All images and videos taken at the Fall Festival can be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Hey Black Dad.
- Hey Black Dad reserves the right to decline any application that does not align with the goals and values of the organization. If this application is denied a notification will be sent and a refund will be processed.
