About the event

Come jam with us on August 14 for our annual August Concert. We will have Seven Year Witch as the opening band, and then a Cowboy Mouth will ROCK the August Concert stage once again!

About the application

We are currently accepting food vendors for consideration for the August Concert. A variety of food trucks, snacks, drinks and treats will be selected for the event. Estimated attendance is approximately 7,500 people. Application does NOT guarantee acceptance. All vendors must make food items in a kitchen inspected by a health department. Cottage license vendors will NOT be accepted. Map and loading instructions will be sent the week of Glow in the Park. Vendors will be notified in a timely manor upon application completion.

Terms & Conditions

The City of Suwanee a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives, thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under Suwanee Fest activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold the City of Suwanee, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss.

Prices

Food Tent (10 by 10 space) $125 Non-refundable Food Tents are for 10 by 10 spaces. If you require a larger space, you must reserve two spaces.
Food Truck or Trailer SOLD OUT Non-refundable Food Trucks or Trailers will pay $100 for this event. Please, no glass bottles. All trash MUST be removed from the park or an additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged to the credit card on file.
Food Carts $75 Non-refundable Food Carts are booths smaller than 10 feet by 10 feet. These carts may be set up on a sidewalk or alternate placement than the food court area.
Application fees $10 Non-refundable This application fee is for any person who wishes to be considered for the Glow in the Park event. Application submission does NOT guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be notified in a timely manor of acceptance. NO food vendors will be allowed who cook on a cottage license. All food must be prepared in a commercially inspected kitchen if being sold on site.
