  • I have carefully reviewed and hereby acknowledge my agreement to the Terms and Conditions of Palm Beach Pride, as well as Compass' Code of Conduct, which are available in the Related Files section. I also understand and accept that Compass Community Center retains the ultimate authority in determining participation in Palm Beach Pride and the Palm Beach Pride Parade.
  • I acknowledge that retail vendors are not allowed to sell food or drink at your booth space. (Only food vendors will be able to sell food or drink.)
  • I understand that Palm Beach Pride has around 100 vendors in central rows radiating out from the entertainment stage in the middle of Bryant Park. Each vendor has a 10x10 space under a larger 20x20 tent. Vendor placement is finalized on Friday after tents are installed.
  • I understand that there is no dedicated vendor parking available. Instead, vendors should prepare to drive near their booth space for setup on Saturday morning and then find parking along the nearby streets, as there is no municipal parking lot in the vicinity. I am aware that parking in the Boat Ramp parking lot may result in receiving a parking ticket.
  • I understand that in order to meet the City of Lake Worth Beach regulations, vendors must possess liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 and must furnish proof of insurance with Compass Inc. listed as an additional insured by March 5th.
