PLEASE NOTE: Convert your logo to jpeg before uploading. 

 

The FESTIVAL and MARKET is scheduled to be open from 3 PM to 8 PM (Vendor breakdown at 8 PM)

The STREET PARTY is scheduled for 8 pm to 11 pm

 

Independent Artist, Non-Profit organizations, and For-Profit busnesses will be provided a 10 ft x 10 ft space on Boulevard of the Arts.  Food Trucks / Trailers will be provider larger spaces in dedicated areas.

 

Canopy / Tent may be rented through Project Pride SRQ at an additional cost as part of the application process.

About the event

Unfortunately, we've had to come to the very difficult decision to cancel the Gulfcoast Pride Festival on October 19, 2024, as scheduled. Due to ongoing recovery efforts.

Independent Artists $150.00 Non-refundable 10 ft x 10 ft space for Independent Artists who sell their own material (DOES NOT resell or re-purpose third party or mass-produced items and DOES NOT have a storefront)
Non-Profit Organization $200.00 Non-refundable 10 ft x10 ft space for Non-profit, not for profit, and tax-exempt organizations. IRS determination letter or proof of tax-exempt status required
For-Profit Business $325.00 Non-refundable 10 ft x 10 ft space for for-profit businesses and government agencies
Food Truck $350.00 Non-refundable Special spaces to accommodate Food Trucks, Food Trailers, or other Food vendors who are preparing food onsite.
ADD-ON Tent $225.00 Non-refundable Optional additional cost for PPSRQ to provide a canopy / tent with setup and weights
