About the application

Welcome to the 2025 Texas Golf Expo - Dallas! Browse through our application options and please reach out to your sales contact and let us know if you have any questions. You can also email Laura@myavidgolfer.com directly with any questions or issues using the software.

 

Please view the map below for initial selections in booth location. 

YELLOW booths are standard pricing, RED booths are upgraded with additional fees of +$200 (this option must be selected and added to cart in order to select the red booth locations).

 BLUE booths are for travel or league/membership groups (please see other application). FOOD VENDORS have a different application, too.

 

Please add to cart: the deposit (required to reserve a booth #) and the size of the booth you are interested in (shows the balance of the price minus the deposit)

You will be contacted for approval and confirmation before payment is processed. An initial amount of $500 will be charged to reserve booth space and the additional balance will be run by October 31st for early-bird pricing and standard pricing by January 22nd.

If you need additional services like electricity, please add those optional services. Those payments will not be processed until 60 days from show date.

Terms & Conditions

 

 This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booth location and options, you are validating and approving this agreement and pricing electronically.

 

You will contacted for approval and confirmation before payment is processed, including booth location. An initial amount of $500 will be charged to reserve booth space and the additional balance will be run by October 31st for early-bird pricing and standard pricing by January 22nd. Full balance due by February 6th

Other $250.00 Non-refundable Please share what you plan to insert in the goody bags for all attendees. Items must be received to the AG Office by 3/7. Quantities are either 1500 - for the first 500 people each day, or 5000 min. for all attendees (7000 units prefered)
Prime Location upgrade $200.00 Non-refundable Designated on Map by RED booth spaces. Endcap or prime location such as next to or adjacent to Stage or Long Putt. Please add to cart if that is your desired booth choice. To be charged only after approval and confirmation.
10x10 Single booth $1,250.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Includes pipe and draping, covered 6' table and trashcan. * Optional Prime spacing for additional fee (end cap, adjacent to stage/Long Putt) shown on booth map. Prime booths are +$200 and you will need to add that option to cart if selected. Electricity for the entire show is $75 fee, please select and add to your cart. Wi-Fi is free. Hard line or private Wi-Fi network for direct and secure internet is $150/3-day pass.
10x20 Single booth $1,850.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep. 20x20 or 10x40 Single booth-Balance from deposit $3,500.00 Non-refundable Single booth space is 40 feet wide and 10 feet deep or 20 ft x 20ft. Large Product Booth $4,500.00 Non-refundable $500 deposit required to secure space. Balance of $4500 can be paid in installments, must be completed by Jan. 22nd. Extra 8 ft. draped table $35.00 Extra 8 foot table with drape. Added to the provided table(s) on your booth description.
Weekend Electricity Order $75.00 Non-refundable Electrical access provided at booth, if needed. Fee is for entire weekend. Not required - please add to cart if desired.
Hard line internet or Private, secured Wi-Fi connection (not required) $150.00 Hard wired or private Wi-Fi network with secured password. Fee is $150 for 3-day weekend. *Not required, open Wi-Fi network is free to access.
