K-World Expo and Music Festival is bringing a unique celebration of Korean Pop and Culture to Atlanta. With an estimated attendance of 6,000 in our first year, our goal is to become Atlanta's signature annual K-pop event. Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.

NOTICE: Approved vendors will see payments begin to be processed as of 11/6/24. Event details are now confirmed and vendors who will no longer meet eligible criteria have been notified. This listing is only intended for Vendors, Artists, and Businesses interested in maintaining a presence at K-World Expo. All details are subject to change.

Terms & Conditions

This is an electronic agreement and by submitting an application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

 

Exhibitors will be notified on an ongoing basis as applications are reviewed and are charged upon acceptance.

 

Exhibitor booth locations will be assigned. Exhibitor location preferences will be considered when assigning locations but cannot be guaranteed.

Prices

10x10 Booth $300.00 Non-refundable Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’ each, with a maximum allowable height of 12 feet, and include two badges each for a fee of $300 per space. Vendor booths may consist of a maximum total of six spaces. Each booth space also includes one 6’ table and two chairs. Back wall pipe and drape is provided, but side wall pipe and drape is not supplied. Table linens will be provided.
20x10 Corner Booth $600.00 Non-refundable Booth spaces are 20’ x 10’ each, with a maximum allowable height of 12 feet, and include two badges each for a fee of $600 per space. Each booth space also includes two 6’ table and two chairs. Back wall pipe and drape is provided, but side wall pipe and drape is not supplied. Table linens will be provided.
Additional Exhibitor Badges $50.00 Non-refundable Additional badges for exhibitors ONLY. Please purchase these at the same time as your table so we can include them in your welcome packet. Badges are non-transferable. They may not be sold or used as prizes or giveaways. A limited number will be available for purchase at the exhibitor check-in table for CASH ONLY. (Please bring exact change)
