2025 Wood County Fair Concessionaire Application

 All Concessionaires need to fill out this application for EACH food spot you are requesting to bring to the fair.  Applications will be approved based on available space and need for products to enhance the fair.  You are required to pay the deposit for the space when checking out, this will be charged instantly. All unpaid balances will be automatically charged on June 30, 2025 @ 2pm, unless other arrangements have been made.  You will be able to pay it all online prior to June 30, 2025 if you wish.  All Decision for acceptance will be made by Monday April 7, 2025. This privilege is accepted upon condition  that the business above stated to be conducted in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Society, and further that the Concessionaire pledges to the foresaid Society and all structures occupied or erected by him/her or all the goods, implements or appurtenances which are used in transacting the business to which this privilege of offering the same at public auction, and apply enough of the proceeds from such sale to the discharge of the amount due.  The location assignment will be determined by the WCAS personnel, and all decisions are final. Please be sure to give specific needs, such as trailer serving location and you must accurately account for the space you will need to operate.  Failure to do so may result in removal due to fire regulations and the inability to move others that have properly measured needed space. By accepting this contract you agree to be open the full day of each scheduled day of the fair. It is expected that you are open by 10:30am and close at the end of the fair day, following the fair schedule. Failure to open during the fair will forfeit your spot for the next year fair. If you are to remove your concession trailer prior to the closing of the fair on the last day you will forfeit your spot for the next year. Wood County Ag Society reserves the right to decline any applications that are submitted for just cause.  Execution of this contract on the part of the Concessionaire will be taken as evidence of acceptance of these terms.  Society assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of lessee’s property.  Contract subject to lessee securing license from Dept. of AG of the state of Ohio (if required) and the local health department.
