Apply to be a vendor at Paganicon 2025. The vendor room is curated and acceptance is not guaranteed. You will be entering credit card information, but you will not be charged anything unless you are chosen to participate.

About the event

A weekend at Paganicon includes: three full days of programming (lectures, panel discussions, demonstrations, rituals, movement and more), the Friday Concert, the Equinox Ball on Saturday, Party Suites, the Vendor Room, the Third Offering Art Gallery and print shop, Divination and Healing services, a meditation room, author/artist media signing events, our hospitality suite, and more. It’s a chance to meet new and old friends, plus experience deep community. If you’ve never been, it’s an experience you will never forget.

Regular Space SOLD OUT Non-refundable A regular space is 10' wide and 6' deep.
Large Space SOLD OUT Non-refundable A large space is 15' wide by 6' deep. There are limited number of these spaces.
Table $10.00 Non-refundable Tables that are 5ft x 2.5ft are available from the hotel for $10 each.
Access to Electricity $50.00 Non-refundable Access to electricity is available for $50 per weekend.
