About the application

Please read all information carefully and follow all instructions when filling out and submitting the application. Do not leave any area blank or assume we already have your information. The Vendor Committee limits the overall number and type of vendors for each event. Therefore, applications will be considered based on previous experience, menu items, and professionalism.  We look forward to reviewing your application! This application is for FOOD, DRINK, DESSERT, vendors. There is no price difference between these vendor types.

About the event

Dia De Muertos (Day of the Dead festival) hosted by the City of Roswell will return on Saturday October 26th from 3-7 pm on the grounds of City Hall (38 Hill Street Roswell GA) Visitors of all ages can experience an authentic Day of the Dead celebration. Enjoy Mexican food, crafts, entertainment and dancing. Visit a traditional altar honoring family and friends who have passed.

Terms & Conditions

HEALTH & FOOD SAFETY: Each vendor MUST follow the Department of Health and Safety Guidelines for temporary food service. In submitting an application you are agreeing to adhere to the standards set forth in the downloadable document, Fulton County Health Department: Food Safety Guidelines for Temporary Events. Failure to follow these guidelines will lead to forfeiture of participation in the Atlanta International Night Market, without refund.
 
 BOOTH RENTAL: Vendors will provide their own tents and tables as well as lighting and any signage/decorations. Electricity is not available!! You will need to supply a generator if you need power. You must provide your own extension cords etc

 APPROVAL PROCESS: Acceptance will be based on event experience, food items, and availability.
 
BOOTH PLACEMENT: BOOTH PLACEMENT IS DECIDED ON A FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE BASIS. Vendor preferences will be taken into consideration, but the final decision for placement is by the Event Planning Committee.
 
LOAD-IN: Detailed instructions for Load-In will be provided prior to the event
 
WEATHER: The event is rain-or-shine. It is the responsibility of each vendor to bring weather-proofing gear and supplies as needed, such as tarps. The event may shut down temporarily in the event of severe and dangerous weather conditions, such as hurricanes or tornados, etc, and will re-open when conditions are deemed safe again.
 
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: There will be no refunds. Please ensure your availability and staff prior to committing.
 
LIABILITYLIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE: I, hereby assume all responsibility for, and risks and hazards of, participation in the rental activity planned by my group. In considerations of the City of Roswell providing permission to use the space requested, I, and all members of my rental group, do hereby release the City of Roswell, including all officials, officers, employees, sponsors, organizers, supervisors, volunteers, participants, and all other agents, of any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of whatever kind and nature, arising from and by reason of, and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, bodily and personal injuries, damage to property, and the consequences thereof, resulting from participation in the rental activity planned in the City of Roswell. By reading this information and submitting this vendor application, you are agreeing to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers for Dia De Muertos 2023 and made a part hereof by reference. Any violation of these guidelines will result in forfeiture of the designated area without refund

10x10 Booth $200.00 FOOD VENDORS: $200. 10x 10 Space Food vendors will bring their own 10’x10′ tent. Power is not available, please use generators!
