It's not just an event market; it's an experience! Open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Spring Fest craft market is sure to be buzzing with diverse and enthusiastic shoppers looking for unique treasures. About the event

The City of Pearland is excited to host the annual Spring Fest on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A special soft opening will take place from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. for children with disabilities and their families, providing a more relaxed and accessible experience before the event opens to the public. Vendor check-in will be from 6:30 - 8 a.m. and all booths must be set up and operational by 9 a.m. A vendor packet with additional details will be sent one week before the event.

Terms & Conditions

This is an electronic agreement and by submitting an application, you are validating and approving the below terms and conditions. 

Prices

10X10 Booth $50.00 Non-refundable 10 x 10 booth space, on grass. Vendor must provide their own equipment, including canopy, weights, tables, chairs, etc.
Double booth $100.00 Non-refundable 10' x 20' space, end cap of 2 rows.
Deposit (required) $50.00 $50 refundable deposit is required for ALL approved vendors. Booth fees and deposits will be charged upon approval.
