About the application

Harvest Festival is looking for food vendors who are interested in sharing their incredible treats with the community.  Harvest Festival is one of three major events for the City of Lawrenceville hosted at the Lawrenceville Lawn. This event is from 12 PM - 6 PM, however, vendors will be loading Saturday Morning between 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM. All vendors must be prepared to greet the public at 12 PM.  The application will be slated for approval for this event throughout September - October. Additional Load-in information will be sent via email the Monday before the event.  Harvest Festival is an event that features live music and entertainment throughout the day, so please be aware of that when preparing for the event.  If you would like to be considered as one of our vendors for this event, please fill out the application and await approval from our Event Coordinators.

About the event

The Lawrenceville Harvest Fest is back at the Lawrenceville Lawn on Saturday, November 9th. This FREE, all ages event will be the perfect way to gather and celebrate fall's harvest. Bring your friends, your family, and anyone else who might enjoy a day of live music along with a variety of food, art, games, and much, much more!

Terms & Conditions

Vendor Criteria: - Vendors must adhere to City Event Safety Guidelines, https://www.downtownlawrencevillega.com/health-and-safety/ Vendors must provide all necessary equipment for booth space (10x10 tent, table, chairs, etc.)  We will have an exclusive alcohol vendor on site. All other vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol. Vendors must select the proper vendor fee for their specific space needs. If you have selected the wrong vendor fee your fee will be updated for the correct size before approval.  Vendors looking to use power must select to pay the Electricity Fee before submitting their application. Only vendors who request and pay for electricity will be considered for it. However, power is not guaranteed for any of our events and if you are approved without access to electricity we will not process that part of your payment.  The City of Lawrenceville's events are always packed full of fun and sometimes noisy activities. This means that at any event you may be in an area that is crowded, loud, and exposed to the environment. Vendors must be prepared to endure any and all circumstances during an event, as we will not have the ability to adjust your placement during the event.  Vendor placement is decided by the Event Coordinators before the event. Vendors may not receive their placement until the day of the event but should receive a general event map to give you an idea of what to expect upon arrival. The City of Lawrenceville approves vendors on a First-Come First Serve Basis.

Vendor Fee (10x10) $150.00 Non-refundable This event fee is for 10x10 pop up tents. If you plan to serve from a food truck or trailer, this is not the application for you. If you use this application and show up on event day with a truck or trailer, you may be asked to leave.
