Food Vendor: Prepares and sells ready-to-eat food. Must be in compliance with State and Local ordinances as does your product and equipment. May require health department inspection. 

About the event

1st Annual Juneteenth Celebration presented by Cobra One MC Club highlighting Bike, Car, and Truck Day Show with lives music, kids zone, 50/50 raffle. Live remote with DJ SIR RJ from 92.1 FM starts 7pm. AT DUSK FIREWORKS!!! After dark party with DJ SIR RJ until 1:00 a.m.

Terms & Conditions

Regulations:
1. Vendor will hold harmless and waive liability of Powhatan Fair Association (PFA) and Cobra One Social Club for loss, damage, or destruction of personal property, or for items or equipment left on the property.
2. Space is assigned by us. Full payment is due before set-up ($30 return check fee). The event is rain/shine. No refunds. Only 1 business per space. You may set up 2 hours early & be completely set up 30 minutes before the event's official opening. Must provide own tents, chairs, tables, generator for electricity, etc. Vehicles must be moved to designated parking area. 
3. All vendors will staff the booth until close. We reserve the right to deny participation based on display, etc.
4. Regulations may be changed as needed and will take precedence over the existing guidelines. 5.  Food Vendors must contact the Health Department to ensure proper permits & if required schedule onsite inspection by the Health Inspector.
6. All Vendors Must provide separate Certificate of  Insurance (COI): one for Powhatan Fair Association 4042 Anderson Highway, Powhatan, VA 23139, and one for  Cobra One Social Club PO Box 26165, Richmond VA 23260, as an “additional insured” on a 1-million-dollar liability policy. PFA must receive the COI by June 14th, 12:00 pm.
7. By submitting this application and fee, Vendor understands and agrees to comply with the regulations. All revisions or additions in terms of this agreement must be in writing and approved in writing by all parties. Vendor understands failure to comply with the regulations may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.
