About the application
This application is for all food and snack vendors that would like to set up for the 2025 Downtown Blairsville Spring Arts, Crafts, & Music Festival! ALL FOOD VENDORS WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT POWER WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN GENERATOR IF POWER IS NEEDED FOR YOUR BOOTH SPACE.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Application fees are nonrefundable. Festival happens rain or shine. Money must be paid in full at the time of submitting the application to be considered. We try very hard to get everyone in their preferred spot, but sometimes adjustments must be made. If there’s a spot you’d like, please let us know and we’ll do our best to get you close to where you want to be. We will have volunteers on hand to help you get situated and to address any issues you may have. All festivals begin at 10am and end at 4pm, both Saturday & Sunday – Rain or Shine! If your assigned space is on the courthouse lawn, you may set up your booth any time after 10am on Friday, and if on the Square, any time after 5pm. Please keep in mind that we host a Friday night concert at the Courthouse, so expect heavy traffic that evening. If you choose to set up on Saturday, please have your booth set up no later than 9am.
Vendors must note:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Blairsville, The Union County Historical Society, The Blairsville Downtown Development Authority and all organizations and persons, sponsors and those managing our event, or simply those participating in the festivals, from any loss, claim, penalty, or lawsuit in any way arising from involvement in the event.
Downtown Blairsville has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to disrespecting our vendors, staff, contractors, sponsors, and venue staff. Vendors must demonstrate a commitment to respecting human rights and protecting the dignity of their employees/workers as well as our staff, attendees, venue staff, and all other event participants.
Failure to comply with our zero-tolerance policy in our sole and absolute discretion will result in removal from the event immediately and without a refund. If an incident occurs prior to an event, Downtown Blairsville reserves the right to remove offending vendors from the event schedule without a refund provided.
Prices
| Double booth | $150.00 | Non-refundable | This is for ALL food vendors (lemonades, food trucks, popcorn, etc.). We prefer to only approve ONE of each category. You may also get approved, but asked to not serve certain things the weekend of the festival. This is to ensure we get as many food options in, but we also do not want you all to compete with each other. Please let us know if you have any questions! |
