Geeky Gifts & Mythical Treasures Craft Show This is a themed vendor show. Vendors wanted. Please apply by June 5. So we can market this event. Embark on a quest for the most epic handmade and other treasures! Geeky Gifts & Mythical Treasures Craft Show is an indoor wonderland where fantasy and fandom collide. Discover unique, handcrafted goods inspired by mythical creatures, fairy realms, and geeky delights. Volunteers wanted as well to help make this a success. Decorating your booth will be awesome. Dressing up is a plus not mandatory but this is just a vendor show not a conference. - Date: July 20 - Time: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM - Location: Mebane Community Arts Center, 633 Corregidor St, Mebane, NC 27302 Setup and Take Down - Setup: 7:00 AM - Take Down: 1:00 PM - 1:45 PM (must be packed up and out by 1:45 PM) Booth Prices are set up with the idea that each vendor will help spread the word! - Corner spaces (4): $125 (10x10 space) this is usually a little bigger space because of it being a corner - Wall Space (20): $100 (10x10 space) we map this out as around 12*12 giving a bit more room to walk around and fire code - Middle of the floor space (35): $70 (10x10 space) - 4-foot table space: $45 (only room for 1 chair at this booth) - Food Truck: $75 (3) Vendors are EXPECTED to promote this event by sharing to local groups. Vendors are EXPECTED to help by passing out "free tickets" which we provide you but you have to meet with me to get them. We need word of mouth to make this event a success. This is essential to this event because it is inside. We will be promoting this heavily other ways as well. Meet the talented makers and artisans behind these mythical creations and indulge in a world of wonder and awe. Come for the treasures, stay for the community, and fuel up with some amazing food and drink from our food trucks! Parking: Free parking available on site! Vendor Giveaways & Door Prizes: - Vendors will be giving away "free tickets" to potential attendees, which can be used to enter drawings for door prizes! - We kindly ask vendors to donate a door prize for the drawings, to make the event even more exciting for attendees! Special Printed Tickets are provided to you so you can give to friends and family and encourage them to come. Note: Another event is coming in after Fandom Frenzy Marketplace, so vendors must be packed up and out by 1:45 PM sharp!
