All events are rain or shine events.
Once your form is approved it will charge your card immediately. If your form is rejected or put on the waitlist you will not be charged anything.

- Description of the items you will be selling. You cannot sell political, sexual, racial etc... items at the event. We want to make sure we put on a fun and safe family event.

- By signing below I agreeing to the following terms and conditions, I recognize this is a rain or shine event meaning there is no alternate “rain date”. If the event is cancelled by COVID-19 I also understand there is no alternate date and no refund. I recognize that In The Park Events LLC or any other party associated with this event is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items or property. I also understand if I cannot attend the event for whatever reason there is no refund. I agree to the rules and regulations stated in the application.
- I understand this is an outdoor event so tent weights are required.
- I understand I must provide my own tent and tables. I will also be responsible to haul off my own trash as there will be no trash cans/dumpster for vendors.I also understand there is no power or water hookup. I also understand there is no WIFI .
