Vendor Application

Please submit this application if you are interested in participating as a vendor in Girls' Night Out at Belforest Pointe. All local small businesses are welcome to apply. 

Girls’ Night Out at Belforest Pointe is a curated evening offering women in our area the chance to have a few hours away from their everyday routine and responsibilities. This well deserved evening out will give women the chance to enjoy time with their friends while shopping local businesses as well as the opportunity to learn about services offered to women in and around Baldwin County, Alabama while supporting The Lighthouse.

1) This event will be held inside and outside. 
2) Payments are non-refundable for any reason. Payments are non-transferable for any reason. Event is subject to change date, time and/or location due to any reason including, but not limited to, mandates set by the city, county, state or federal government or an act of God. Payment must be received in order to hold vendor space. Spots will be secured on a first pay basis. 
3) Gulf Coast Wedding & Party Rentals LLC and Bay Area Events AL LLC will not  be responsible and cannot be held liable for theft or accidents. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gulf Coast Wedding & Party Rentals LLC and Bay Area Events AL LLC and its volunteers or agents from any and all claims, causes of actions, suits, damages, injuries and losses to any person or goods arising out of or connected in any way with this event.
4) Special requests will try to be accommodated and extra charges will be passed to the vendor if applicable.
5) Vendor agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, public safety, business licenses, and sales tax permits. Baldwin County requires a business license from those selling items in Baldwin County. The City of Daphne requires an active business license to do business in Daphne Alabama. 
6) Vendor is responsible for any damage they or their product a supplies cause to the rented space during this event.
7) Vendors are only allowed to display one type of goods or services per event. (i.e. if you have a space for It Works you can’t have handmade items at your table as well. )
8) Vendors are prohibited from serving alcohol at this event. 
9) Vendors may offer samples at their table including food and drink.
10) Vendors may do their own giveaways. 
11) A early setup fee of $25 will be assessed for any vendor that sets up before the given time specified to said vendor.
12) Bay Area Events AL LLC reserves the right to deny any business and or individual, from participating as a vendor at any event Bay Area Events AL LLC hosts. 
13) Vendors and anyone joining them MUST be 21 years of age or older. No-one under the age of 21 will be permitted inside the building or to partake in this event in any form. 
14) Bay Area Events AL LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend these Terms and Conditions anytime. Such amendments, modifications, additions, deletions shall become effective upon notice thereof, which may be provided to you by posting within the vendor group, via e-mail or any other means.
