Limitation of Liability: Exhibitors participating in the Sip Savor Wine Fest 2024, organized by the Noir Vintage Fund, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizer, its affiliates, and the exhibition hall facility, along with their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and other agents (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties"), against all claims, losses, suits, damages, judgments, expenses, costs, and charges arising from or related to this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injuries, death, property damages, or any other cause sustained by any person. The Indemnified Parties shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to displays or goods belonging to exhibitors, whether resulting from fire, storms,  theft, or other causes. Exhibitors are responsible for safeguarding their items at all times and should ensure they are covered by their insurance. Under no circumstances shall the event organizer be held liable to exhibitors beyond the amounts paid as Exhibition Fees. Exhibitors also agree to indemnify the event organizer and its affiliates against any claims arising from errors in promotional material or electronic systems where exhibitors' names or information may appear.

 

Damage to Property: Exhibitors are liable for any damage caused by themselves or their agents to the park, including columns or park grounds, or to other exhibitors' property.
