About the application

Pour samples of your wine, spirits by glass to our over 3000 attendees. What we provide is 10 X 10 space (No tent included). 8 X 11 table (2) chairs. Our client's demographics average age 21 to 65 y/o, 80% college educated, average income 80k to 250k. Great brand exposure. *** Must be a licensed wholesaler, distributor, winery, wine brand or alcohol vendor. Proof of GA - state license is required.***

Sip Savor Wine Fest 2024: Terms & Conditions

Organized by the Noir Vintage Fund
 
1. Goods or Service Provided: Exhibitors shall offer tastings to event attendees, bringing sufficient product for up to 3,000 tastings (a minimum of 10 cases). The event will take place on August 24, 2024, at the Columbus Civic Center in Columbus, GA.
2. Items Provided: The event organizers will provide the space, a table for exhibiting, and a tasting cup for participants. Exhibitors must bring their own glassware and other necessary items. Ice will be available, but exhibitors must bring their containers if needed.
3. No Charge: Attendees will not be charged for tastings. Exhibitors have the right to sell their products by the bottle or glass at the event, with all alcohol consumption restricted to the premises.
4. Admittance: Tastings will only be provided to participants wearing Sip Savor Wine Fest wristbands, a crucial provision of this agreement.
5. Default in Occupancy: Exhibitor tables must be manned at all times during show hours.
6. Cancellation: Exhibitors must pay a fee of $2,000 if they cancel their participation, as cancellation significantly impacts the event.
7. Competence: Exhibitors must provide goods or services through trained and competent personnel.
8. Legal Responsibility: Exhibitors must serve alcohol responsibly and comply with all relevant laws and regulations, indemnifying event organizers against any liabilities.
9. Legal Ability: Exhibitors must possess any necessary permits and follow all relevant laws in staffing and serving from their designated area.
10. Limitation of Liability: Exhibitors indemnify event organizers against all claims arising from their participation in the event.
11. Conduct: Exhibitors must conduct their displays without interfering with others' rights or causing annoyance or danger.
12. Delivery and Removal: Exhibitors are responsible for the delivery, care, and removal of their displays and goods.
13. Property Damage: Exhibitors are liable for any damage caused to the venue or other exhibitors' property.
14. Signage: Displays or advertising must not extend beyond the allotted space, and exhibitors must comply with event rules.
15. Show Floor Plan: Event organizers reserve the right to determine and change exhibitors' locations.
16. Show Fee: Exhibitors must pay a show fee of select space to participate.
17. Subleasing: Exhibitors cannot assign or transfer their contracted space without prior written consent.
18. Breach: Exhibitors must pay a fee of $1,000 for each instance of breach.
19. Termination: Event organizers may terminate the agreement in certain circumstances, with exhibitors' sole remedy being the return of their show fee.
20. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, event organizers' decisions are final.
21. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia.
22. Severability: If any provision of the agreement is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
23. Successors and Assigns: The agreement binds successors and assigns of the parties.
24. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
25. Amendment: The agreement may only be amended in writing.
26. Construction: The agreement is construed as if drafted jointly by the parties.
27. Waiver: No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a waiver of another provision.
28. No Representations: No other representations apply outside of this agreement.
29. Authority to Execute: Exhibitors represent they are fully authorized to enter the agreement.
30. Counterparts: The agreement may be executed in counterparts.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: I have read all the terms and conditions set herein and agree to abide by all. I further agree to have enough samples for the anticipated attendance that may stop by my space. I must pay all Exhibitor fees as per the schedule listed above and understand that failure to do so will result in the cancelation of my Exhibitor Space and loss of any/all fees paid. No agreement is final until approved by NOIR Vintage Fund
