Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions:
 
Eligibility: The SSNS Auto Meet Up is open to all attendees of the SSNS Festival who are passionate about automobiles. Participants must possess a valid festival ticket for entry.
Vehicle Entry: Participants must register their vehicles in advance to secure a spot in the meet-up. Limited spaces are available, and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Vehicle Requirements: All vehicles entered into the meet-up must be in good condition and comply with local laws and regulations. Modifications are allowed, but participants are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the event. Reckless driving, excessive noise, and any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Liability: Participants are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their vehicles during the meet-up. SSNS Festival organizers and venue owners will not be held liable for any accidents or incidents that occur.
Photography and Videography: By participating in the SSNS Auto Meet Up, participants grant permission for their vehicles to be photographed and/or videotaped. These images may be used for promotional purposes by SSNS Festival organizers.
Cancellation: SSNS Festival organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the SSNS Auto Meet Up in case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any changes via email or official festival communication channels. If event is canceled all auto owners will receive refund of the entry fee
Code of Conduct: Participants must adhere to the SSNS Festival's code of conduct, which prohibits discrimination, harassment, or any form of offensive behavior. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the meet-up and/or the festival grounds.
Entry Fee: There is $30 parking entry fee for participating in the SSNS Auto Meet Up. However, participants must apply to be added to the auto line up at the event.
Arrival & Departure: Auto owners must arrive by 10am to place their cars inside the grounds of the SSNS Festival. Auto owners can depart the event after 5:30 pm after the ceremony award presentation. No cars or trucks will be allowed to leave before 5:30pm.
Event Time: Auto Meet Up participation is required between the hours of 12pm Noon to 5pm central time on May 26th, 2024. Cars & Trucks can leave after 5:30 pm.
Multiple Entries: A Auto owner can have multiple auto is the meet up but he must add the required entry per auto. (Each auto requires an entry fee). Increase entry fee qty on application on
Agreement: By registering for the SSNS Auto Meet Up, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any instructions provided by SSNS Festival organizers. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the event.

Prices

Single Auto Entry $30 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable This entry is per car or truck that is participating in the SSNS Auto Meet Up.
Car Squad Entry Fee (Over 5 automobiles) $120 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable This is for Small Clubs or Squads that are looking to be placed near each other and show off vehicles in a group setting.
Auto Clubs / Car Clubs Entry Fee $250 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable This selection is reserved for Car Clubs with over 10 cars. If Car club has over 10 cars inside of their organization it will require to increase the qty of Car Club entry fees. (Each Entry Fee is for 10 Autos Only) Example for 50 Auto Car Club entry will require the Applicant to add a qty of 5
Tent Set Up $150 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable This is a Entry Fee Add On if Needed Only: Auto Meet Up Applicants can set Up a 10x10 Tent with chairs... (Applicant must provide there own tents...)
