Partners will be responsible for:
 
  • tables, table cover, signage for your space (you can borrow chairs from the venue)
  • Information about your org, programs, and services.
Schedule
 
08:30 AM: Arrival and Setup
 
09:00 AM: Forum starts
 
We will have light refreshments, but you are welcome to bring your own food, snacks, etc. Some basic breakroom amenities including vending machines will be available for use.
 
There is no planned break for lunch.
 
03:00 PM: Forum concludes
 
03:30 PM: Cleanup, Breakdown, and Departure
 
04:00 PM: Return of Facility
