Vendor Eligibility: Vendors must meet Wildside Winery's criteria to participate in the Apple Fest.
Application Process: Vendors must complete and submit the festival vendor application form. Submission doesn't guarantee acceptance.
Product Liability: Wildside Winery isn't liable for vendor products on-site. Vendors are responsible for their products' quality and safety.
Conduct: Wildside Winery reserves the right to ask vendors to leave for inappropriate conduct disrupting the festival atmosphere.
Vendor Fees: Accepted vendors must pay the designated fee to secure their spot. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Set-Up and Breakdown: Vendors must adhere to designated set-up and breakdown times. Failure to comply may result in penalties.
Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
Indemnification: Vendors agree to indemnify Wildside Winery from any claims arising from their participation.
Changes and Cancellations: Wildside Winery may make changes to the festival schedule and cancel or postpone the festival if necessary.

Application fees $25 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
10x10 Booth $125 Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
