Welcome to the Vegas Esports and Gaming Convention! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. 

Force Majeure:
The terms agreed to by both parties is subject to acts of God, terrorism, war, government authority, disaster, strikes, civil disorders, or other emergencies, any of which make it illegal or impossible to provide the services or meet the terms of this agreement. Termination of this agreement for the foregoing reasons must be by written notification from either party to the other. In the event of cancellation for the above reasons, both parties shall be relieved of their obligations without cost. In this event, the agreed upon booths would be transferred to the next show.
 
All payments are non refundable.
