About the application

Thank you for your interest in Midtown Artisan Market hosted by GVG Events! 
This event will take Sunday 5/19/24 from 12pm-6pm during Atlanta Streets Alive!
 
For this event we are accepting vendors from the following categories...
Vintage (clothing, furniture, jewelry, housewares, collectibles)
Handmade Artisan Goods (jewelry, candles, health and beauty, leather works, stained glass, ceramics, upcycled fashion, etc.)(No wholesale, MLM or mass produced goods!)
Local Art (Original artwork such as drawings, paintings, sculptures, etc. Prints, stickers, shirts and other items are acceptable as long as they are being sold by the original artist only. No wholesale or mass produced goods!)
 
Vendor fee for this event is $85.00 plus a 6% processing fee. 
Your credit credit card will be charged upon acceptance into the event.
 
All spaces are 10'x10' and will be assigned prior to the day of the event. 
Vendors are allowed to purchase up to 2 spaces but please contact GVG Events for instructions on how to do so.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

GVG EVENTS LLC RULES & REGULATIONS:
 
Please read below in its entirety for clear expectations of booth setup and requirements.
 
TENT WEIGHTS: All tents are required to have sand bag style tent weights.
25 lbs. per leg. Anyone without proper weights may be asked to remove the tent for the safety of others. If you have any questions about the accepted style of tent weights please contact GVG Events.
 
WITHDRAWAL/REFUND REQUESTS:
 
💠 14 Days to event date ~ Full Withdrawal and Full Refund
💠 7 Days to event date ~ Full Withdrawal and possible Refund if GVG can replace your booth with another artisan
💠 Less than 48 hours ~ Withdrawal and NO Refund
 
All emergency situations will be assessed on a case-to-case basis.
 
ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
 
I agree to indemnify and hold GVG Events LLC, their officials, staff, and agents harmless of and from any and all actions, causes of actions of every kind in law or equity, suits, debts, liens, contracts, agreements, promises, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, obligations, loss, costs, and expense of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, including, with limitation, attorney’s fees and court costs through and including any appeals, taxable or otherwise, incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in the GVG Events LLC, including but not limited to, any claims which might be made by myself, my co-workers, my agents, my employees, and/or any member of the general public.
 
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the security of my own property and responsible for securing my canopy and fixtures to prevent safety hazards and expressly assume all risk of loss and/or damage to property arising either directly or indirectly from my participation in the GVG Events LLC. I understand and agree that GVG Events LLC is in no way responsible for my property or its safekeeping.
 
I acknowledge that I am responsible for all items provided in my booth space (example tent, table, chairs etc.)
 
SETUP AND BREAKDOWN: Setup time is between 8:30AM - 10:30AM. All vendors must be set up and ready to vend by market open (12 PM). Any vendors that arrive after the market opens, will have their spot forfeited and will NOT be allowed to set up. If for whatever reason, you cannot make your participating date, it is your responsibility to contact us prior to the market open to let us know. Breakdown can begin anytime after market close (6 PM). Breaking down early requires permission from GVG event staff. Vendors who leave early without permission may not be invited back for future markets. 
 
INCLEMENT WEATHER CLAUSE: In the Circumstance of inclement weather and a cancellation of the event for vendors and customers safety a refund of 75% will be issued back to your card. All decisions on cancellation will be made no less than 24 hrs. from the start of the event.
