Welcome to this year's 2024 Cumberland Mountain Fall Festival! Please welcome our new board members and get ready for one of our best years ever!! We are excited to be preparing for our annual event and are even more excited to have so many new faces ready to help make this year one to remember! Terms & Conditions

All spots are non refundable. By reserving a space you may cause another vendor to be denied. We encourage you to apply early as our spots fill quickly! For this we are so thankful to each and every one of you!! We are so excited to share another wonderful year with you at the CMFF 2024...... 
 
A request from our food vendors is being filled! Our music will be close to all of our food this year!! We hope you love our new layout! A sneak peak will come to your inbox in months to come! 
 
Food Vendors- ensure you have your health department inspections on your trucks, and you are up to date. Food tents: be aware that health department inspections happen the morning of the festival, if you have any questions, please contact Tiffany Tong at 606.269.3084 and I am happy to guide you and answer any questions you may have if you are new to this! 
 
A reminder; we are limited on our 240 outlets- outlets are given on a first come, first serve basis. You need to include on your application what you are requesting. 
 
110 outlets- you will be granted 1- 110 outlet with the price you pay. If you need additional, it is a $25.00 additional charge. Please to keep from throwing breakers make sure you bring a thick outdoor extension cord or you can throw your breaker. 
 
Food Trucks ensure you choose the correct selection for your "food type" when choosing an option to pay. Otherwise I will only have you allotted a 10x10 space. 
 
Food Tents- if you need two 10x10 spaces you will need to check out with a quantity of two 10x10 spaces at check out.

Prices

Application fees $195 Non-refundable There is a $195.00 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
Electrical Outlet $15 Non-refundable Please indicate if you will need a 220 or 110 V outlet. If you need more than 2 outlets you will need to bring an outdoor surge protector. Please ensure ALL electrical cords are outdoor cords. Your cords will be checked during check in. Failure to bring an outdoor cord will result in you being delayed setup as indoor cords will throw a breaker.
