We are excited to bring this event back to South Florida! This 2-Day event will allow you to capitalize on increased attendance and sales! This is an electronic agreement and by submitting this application, if chosen to participate, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Terms & Conditions

FULL EVENT DETAILS DOCUMENT LOCATED BELOW UNDER "RELATED FILES"
1. Vendor agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above-mentioned Event. 2. If selected to Participate, vendor will provide Battle Bros LLC with a $200.00 “Refundable” deposit.  This is NOT a "fee" to participate.  The deposit will be returned to the vendor within 7 days of the event if they follow through and participate as agreed. 3. Vendor understands that Host has specifically reserved space at the Event for Vendor, has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating and marketing the Event.  If the Vendor is accepted/approved for the event and fails to participate in the event for any reason they will forfeit their $200.00 refundable deposit.

Prices

$200.00 Refundable Deposit $200.00 This is a $200.00 REFUNDABLE Deposit, not a "fee" to participate. You will not be charged unless you are approved/accepted to participate in the event! All vendors will receive their deposit back after successfully participating in the event. If you are selected to participate, and withdraw or fail to participate, you will forfeit your deposit.
