Set up and take down times/dates as well as location of Vendor will be assigned by Organization. Information will be emailed to Vendor at email provided and it is Vendor's responsibility to check email for information.
Vendor must be present at all times during the event at their designated area. During the time the Vendor is on the premises of Southern Homestead Festival (SHF), he/she and their employee(s) are to act professional and not be intoxicated, inappropriate, aggressive or difficult. Vendors are also to be respectful and also follow rules of ticketed entrants. No dogs or cats are allowed on premises. Vendor's allotted area at SHF must be neat, organized and clean appearing. The area utilized should be left neat, organized and clean, free of litter when Vendor is done with designated area. Any materials left behind are the responsibility of the Vendor and may be discarded and/or donated. Vendor is expected to post on social media about the Southern Homestead Festival at least monthly leading up to the event. Festival will be occurring rain or shine; no refunds will be given.
Vendor agrees to comply with applicable laws, regulations and permits, including but not limited to food safety regulations, health department requirements, and any other government regulatory bodies that would be pertinent to their business.
Vendor shall obtain all necessary permits and licenses required to operate their business at Southern Homestead Festival (SHF) and provide copies of such permits/licenses to the Organization upon request.
Vendor agrees to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their business operation(s), including liability insurance and provide proof of insurance to the organization upon request.
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization SHF, its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or liabilities arising out of or related to the Vendor's participation in SHF.
The Vendor agrees to adhere to designated set up and breakdown times as communicated by the Organization. Vendor is responsible for providing their own set up materials (e.g. tables, chairs, tents, signage) unless otherwise arranged with the Organization.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice mailed to 510 Alabama Street, Carrollton Ga 30117. In the event of termination, any fees paid by the Vendor will be refunded.
Both parties agree that any legal disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Carroll County, State of Georgia.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
