Thank you for your interest in applying to become a Merchandise/Sales vendor at our 2024 Duluth-Superior Pride Festival at Bayfront Park. 
 
Application Instructions
  1. Fill out this application completely.
  2. Download the attached MN ST-19 form and upload into this application.
  3. Submit when complete.
  4. Uploading pictures is optional.
 
Vetting Process
  1. Once your application is complete our vendor coordinator will review.
  2. Once approved you will receive an email with a QR scan code. Show this code at the gate for admittance during set up times.
  3. If our vendor roster is full, you may be put on a waitlist as we review our options and space.
  4. If your application is denied you will receive an email with an explanation as to why.
Payment Options
  1. Payment is due on application submission via credit card.
  2. Your card will only be charged if your application is approved.

The mission of this organization is to serve the people of the Duluth-Superior area's diverse sexual and gender identities community by organizing safe and inclusive events that celebrate equality and self-expression.
 
By submitting this registration application, you agree with the Duluth-Superior Pride Mission Statement. Duluth-Superior Pride reserves the right to reject any registration applications.

Single booth, 10x10 space, plus table and 2 chairs $250 Non-refundable $225 fee for a 10x10 merchandise/sales booth space at Duluth-Superior Pride's Bayfront Festival, plus $25 rental fee for a table and 2 chairs provided for you. Total: $250. Fee will be processed upon approval, and is non-refundable.
