About the application

Calling All WNY Creatives + Business Owners!
 
AVA is back for the spring/summer season with an all new location - Larkin Square!  We're looking for all sorts of curated artisans and vendors to be a part of another amazing AVA Collective lineup. 
 
Saturday June 15th 11am - 5pm

This event will be rain or shine!
 
Over 80 Local Vendors + Food Trucks + Outdoor Bar + Buffalo Summer Weather = Celebrating All Things Local!
 
There is a $110 vendor fee to participate + NYS tax and Eventeny fees. This charge will be charged after acceptance, and is non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
 
Vendors will either be placed under the large wooden gazebo (no tent) or given a 10' x 10' space for their own tented booth. On the application, vendors will be asked if they have a preference but it is ultimately up to AVA Collective's discretion where accepted vendors will be placed. 
 
All set-up materials, such as tables/chairs and tents, are vendors' responsibility. 
 
 
 
 
 

Terms & Conditions

All vendors will be charged a $110 vendor fee + NYS taxes and Eventeny fees upon acceptance.  Once charged, this fee is non-refundable under any and all circumstances. 
 
By applying for this event, all applicants understand that it is the vendors' responsibility to obtain a NYS Sales Tax ID and have their Certificate of Authority present in their pop-up space. 
 
This event is fully insured by AVA Collective
 
 

Prices

Single booth $110 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Vendor fee includes 10' x 10' space rental, event insurance, marketing, and AVA labor fees. This fee is non-refundable after approval
