August 2-4th / Buffalo Region's newest and most unique Music Festival featuring Electonic, Jam, Funk, & Rock music. A 3 day Camping experience, highlighting the core community of some of the Best DJs, Producers & Bands in western New York! We unite electronic music and Buffalo’s superb creative-art scene with camping in the splendor of nature! Highlights include: Thursday (Aug 1st 3pm Early Arrival; Music ‘til dawn; Sunday, Sunrise Set; Float the ‘Lazy River’; join the festivities of the ‘Vibey Village’ - where House, Techno & Bass music rule the late nights, & ‘interactive space creators’ provide a variety fun & magikal experiences; Fire&Drum Circle; experience our all-new ‘Trippy Trail’; & more!

Terms & Conditions

Our Food Vending fee is $350 (for up to 4 staff) for Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, until 1pm.  Power & water are included in the price. Wifi will be available, but cell service is minimal at best. Upon acceptance of the application, vendors will be charged the vendor fee of $350.  
 
Food vendors must provide all permits in application to serve food mobile, according to the laws set forth by the state of New York, including Cattaraugus County permits. *Please review and fill out the documents attached*

Vendors are required to operate for a minimum of 10 hours on both Friday and Saturday. Thursday & Sunday is optional.

No glass containers, or single-use plastic water bottles for sale. We have several water stations for attendees, and water is available for your vending needs.
 
Vendor arrival & set-up is encouraged Thursday, August 1st. If setting up on Thursday, vendors are welcome to set up, leave, and come back, or stay overnight.  Since we are offering early entry on Thursday, you have the option to operate on Thursday evening.
All vendors must arrive, be set up, and be ready to operate no later than 11am, Friday, August 2nd, unless otherwise communicated and agreed to prior by festival management. 
All Vendors must be torn down and departed by 3pm on Sunday, August 4th.  
 
We will post Vendors Profiles, that include a picture, logo. short bio and info of your offerings/services. please include these in your application.

Food Vendor Ticket $350 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable Your Food Vendor TIcket includes power & water, and up to 4 staff. We will be charged immediately upon acceptance application. Mabs will be provided as they become available. Please see above terms and conditions for all other pertinent details , including arrival and departure expectations and more.
