Welcome to 2024 ETHA FESTIVAL! We're excited to partner with you to offer a diverse and vibrant dining experience to our attendees. To ensure a successful event for everyone involved, please review and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Vendor Fees and Payments
The vendor fee for participating in 2024 ETHA FESTIVAL is $200, payable to East Tennessee Homestead Alliance at the time of approval.
Fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full to secure the vendor’s spot at the festival.
Additional charges for utilities, if applicable, will be outlined separately.
Space Allocation
Each vendor will be allocated a space measuring 10x20, ( if you need more please indicate on form) with specific locations assigned by the organizers.
Vendors must operate within the confines of their allocated space and ensure their setup does not encroach upon pathways or neighboring vendors.
Operations
Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, including but not limited to, cooking equipment, signage.
All food trucks must comply with Townsend Health Dept regulations and possess a valid health permit.
Vendors are expected to operate their food truck for the entire duration of the festival, from July 12th at 9:30 am to July 13th at 5:30pm.
Menu and Pricing
Vendors agree to offer the menu submitted with their application, including item descriptions and prices, without changes unless approved by the organizers.
Pricing should remain consistent throughout the festival, and vendors agree not to engage in price gouging.
Utilities and Waste Management
Vendors are responsible for the proper disposal of all waste generated, including trash, recyclables, and grease, in designated disposal areas.
If electricity is provided, vendors must supply their own extension cords and adhere to safety guidelines provided by the organizers.
Insurance and Liability
Vendors must carry comprehensive general liability insurance naming East Tennessee Homestead Alliance and Townsend Visitor Center as additionally insured.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless East Tennessee Homestead Alliance and Townsend Visitor Center and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liability, or expenses arising from the vendor's participation in the festival.
Cancellation Policy
Vendors may cancel their participation up to May 15th before the festival date for a 50% refund of the vendor fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 15th before the festival date.
Compliance and Conduct
Vendors must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and provide courteous service to all attendees.
Amendments The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Vendors will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
