This application is for vendor consideration in the Community Stage area for the 2024 Finger Lakes GrassRoots Festival, to be held July 18-21.

Terms & Conditions

FEES:
If accepted, you will be sent an invoice from Eventeny to pay upon receipt. 
 
WORKER FESTIVAL PASSES:
Your booth fee includes 4 weekend tickets. You may purchase as many other tickets as you like through our regular festival box office. Please find ticket price details on this website. All price guidelines will apply to food vendors, early bird prices will only be available during normal early bird dates. Tickets will not be available through the food vendor coordinator.
 
CAMPING:
Camping space is not provided to food vendors or their staff to camp onsite during the festival. If you or your staff need camping, it must be purchased online at grassrootsfestorg/camping. Fell free to call the office with any questions about this. (607-387-5098)
 
HEALTH PERMIT:
You must have your permit on file with the Tompkins County Health Department at least 2 weeks prior to the festival.
 
ALCOHOL SALES ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT PERMITTED. 
 
NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC FROM FOOD BOOTHS WILL BE ALLOWED.

Prices

10' Front $25 Non-refundable The vendor fee is $25 for all four days of the festival. This fee includes: electricity access and high speed internet access and admission for staff. 5% of gross sales will be due by Monday 7/22/24 at 12pm with settlement reports.
5 % Gross Sales $1 Non-refundable 5% of Gross Sales will be collected on 7/22/24 by the vendor coordinator.
