About the application

The cost of Artist Alley tables is $250 + 8.25% Tax + 3% event fee.

This form opens at 10:00 PM Central On April 5th. Too many people will hit the form if you see a server error.
 
Before we start, here's the number one reason that will DENY YOUR APPLICATION.

Sales Tax ID Invalid OR Inactive.

DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR FEDERAL EIN. YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TOSSED OUT IF YOU PUT IN YOUR FEDERAL EIN IN THE SALES TAX ID FIELD.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A TEXAS SALES TAX ID NUMBER, YOU SHOULD NOT APPLY AT ALL.

Over 10% of all applications are denied every year because of having a status as an INACTIVE or INVALID sales tax ID number. This is the NUMBER ONE reason for being denied a table.

DO NOT RUSH THE APPLICATION.

This is what causes mistakes, primarily if you use autofill. When you apply, it does not give you an advantage at all. BLIND Lottery will select all entries.

The form will stay open until May 5th at 10:00 PM Central or when we reach 1000 entries.

Terms & Conditions

This is a lottery application. After general screening, to ensure all applicants have submitted the correct Texas sales tax information, we will pick up to 250 applications via random selection. All applicants will be notified by May 10th. All applicants will be billed to the credit, debit, or ACH payment on file upon approval.

Follow-up information will be sent to approved artists. Any application that does not have a successful payment will have up to 15 days to complete. Any artist who does not make full payment in 15 days will have their application removed, and they will not be able to apply this year.
