About the event

The City of Peachtree Corners is hosting its 5th annual Night Music. This year they are excited to announce the addition of the Night Market. An evening farmers and artist market that takes place on the Town Green. City Residents can enjoy shopping at the market before the monthly concert series takes place. The Night Market will open up at 4pm and city residents can enjoy shopping before music kicks off at 7pm! Attendees are welcome to start setting up items after 8am on the day of the concert. The city is not liable for any items left unattended at the park. Event staff has the right to move items that are in the way of walkways or event equipment. Tarps and blankets are prohibited and will be folded up if left behind to make room for as many attendees as possible.

This application for all Artist or Makers that would like to be part of the festival. All items sold must be made by the artist selling them.

EXHIBITOR RULES AND REGULATIONS
All Exhibitors of the Town Green Peachtree Corners Night Music featuring the Night Market event must adhere to the following rules and regulations. Night Market is put on the by the City of Peachtree Corners (PTC) and logistics and planning are done by Premier Events (PE). Both the city of Peachtree Corners and Premier Events has the full power to interpret and enforce these rules, conditions and regulations, and the power to make reasonable amendments there to and to make such further reasonable rules and regulations necessary for the proper conduct of a safe, clean, well-regulated, and attractive Event. 
 
ATTENDANCE
More than 1,000 patrons are anticipated to attend the event, but the event cannot guarantee or warrant this attendance at the event. 
 
VENDOR FEES 
10x10 Vendor Tent $25 
10 x 20 Vendor Tent $50
Vendor must furnish completed application and total fees due to reserve their participation in the 2024 event. PTC & PE reserves the right to refuse exhibit space if the vendor product or service or the booth area is not consistent with the character of the event. Vendors must supply their own set up including tent, tables and chairs. 
 
VENDOR SALES 
Vendors will conduct sales of products or goods direct with the event consumers and shall be entitled to retain 100% of the proceeds from these transactions. Vendors must furnish their own cash bank and credit card processing. Vendors are not permitted to sell any alcoholic beverages. 
 
VENDOR HOURS 
The event exhibit area will be open to the general public Saturday from 4:00PM-8:00PM. Vendors must be set up and remain open during all event hours.
 
BOOTH AREA / CHARACTER OF BOOTH 
All booths must be designed, constructed and operated in good taste with the best interest of the Event and public safety. PTC & PE reserves the right to prohibit or restrict booths that because of noise, method of operation, materials or any other reason become objectionable. If a restriction occurs, Pe will not refund the vendor fees or other expenses. Carnival tactics, the use of public address systems or other similar activities by the vendor shall not be allowed. The event does not guarantee exclusivity of products displayed vendors may not sublease any part of their space or participate in any third-party advertising or third-party promotions or display third party signage at their booths. Decorations may not be nailed, taped, tacked or otherwise fastened to park infrastructure, trees, or fixtures. The use or distribution of any of the following items is prohibited: adhesive backed decals, stickers, helium balloons, glitter, and confetti. Motorized vehicles of any type (forklifts, gas or electric carts, bicycles, scooters or similar equipment) may not be used inside the event venue. Distribution of flyers, brochures or any advertising marketing materials must be confined to the vendor area. Promotional materials or signage may not be affixed to any structure inside or outside of the event venue. Vendors are responsible for maintaining acceptable standards of sanitation within their booths and for disposing of trash into designated trash receptacles. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their designated area of all debris at the event’s conclusion.
 
GREENWARE POLICY 
The event requests that vendors refrain from use of polystyrene containers or cups (Styrofoam) for the event. 
  
CANCELLATION 
There are no refunds due to cancellations for this event.
 
ELECTRICITY 
Power is not provided at this event. Should your booth require power you will need to provide your own generator. 
 
WIFI
There is public WiFi on the Town Green. Vendors are welcome to use this if needed, but PTC cannot grantee speed or connectivity. We suggest all vendors have a backup WiFi source if needed.  
 
VENDOR WASTE 
Vendors are responsible for taking care of all waste during the event. Vendors will be responsible for packing up and disposing of their waste themselves. Waste left behind will result in a $50.00 clean up fee. 
 
SITE PLAN / VENDOR LOCATION 
PE will make vendor location assignments approximately one (1) week prior to the event. Space assignment priority will be given based upon date of receipt of completed application and payment as well as type of art or product/service. If you have a special request for your booth location, please list it on this form and we will make best efforts to accommodate your request. PE reserves the right to make modifications to the layout of the event site and booth areas if circumstances warrant, at its sole discretion. Vendor area must be confined to the space contracted and provided. Vendor space must not obstruct other exhibits or walk paths.
 
LOAD IN / LOAD OUT 
Vendors will receive information regarding load in and set up the week of the event. Vendors that fail to abide by load in schedule and deadline may risk forfeiture of event space. In the event of late shows, event will not be obligated to refund event space fee. 
 
LIABILITY 
The vendor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and save PTC & PE against any and all claims, losses and damages to persons or property and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by vendor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of exhibit space. In addition, the vendor acknowledges that PE and the city of Peachtree Corners do not maintain insurance coverage covering vendor’s property and it is sole responsibility of the vendor to obtain such insurance, including, if desired, business interruption and property damage covering losses by the vendor. Responsibility of the security of a vendor’s area, products and property rests solely with the vendor. 
 
WEATHER 
Night Market is a rain or shine event. The vendor agrees that in the event of acts of God, storms, floods, high winds, gales or hurricanes that the city of Peachtree Corners, Premier Events, nor any of its employees or agents shall not be responsible for loss, damage, third party damages, claims or loss to property, persons or vessels. It is the Event Management’s sole and absolute discretion to order an evacuation of the Event, or to take necessary steps to protect public health and property in the event of an act of God, hurricane, or the issuance of a severe weather warning for Atlanta or its environs by the National Weather Service. 
 
ACTS OF GOD 
PTC & PE shall have no liability whatsoever for damage, of any nature, to any person, matter, or thing resulting from storm wind or water, or other acts of God, or imminent threat thereof, nor from fire, strikes or lockouts.

Prices

10x10 Booth $25 Non-refundable Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Vendors are responsible for providing their own set up, including tents, tables and chairs.
10x20 Booth $50 Non-refundable Single booth space is 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Vendors are responsible for providing their own set up, including tents, tables and chairs.
