About the application

Thousands will celebrate America's birthday in Henderson this July! The City will host its annual Fourth of July celebration on Thursday, July 4th. The family-friendly event at Heritage Park, will feature live music and activities for kids, lawn games, and conclude with a 15-minute fireworks show. Admission to the event and parking are free. Approximate attendance 20,000

Prices

Application Processing Fee $20 Non-refundable Non-refundable and due at time of application submission
10’x20' Booth $350 Non-refundable All vendor fees are non-refundable after official approval / acceptance and payment. Vendor booth cancellation after official approval / acceptance, or failure to check in, set up, and operate for the specified duration of the event will result in a 100% loss of all vendor fees paid and will incur a $250 Non-Compliance / Damage charge Should applicant’s credit card charge for vendor fees be declined at time of acceptance, vendor will be denied participation and the decline charge will result in vendor non-acceptance.
KIOSK / CART / WORK SPACE: $175 Non-refundable Available only as an add-on to original 10’x20’ booth space -- not available as a primary booth
Late Fee $75 Non-refundable A late fee will be assessed to vendors who have been accepted to participate upon a space-available basis and who applied to participate after the April 29, 2024, deadline.
VENDOR NON-COMPLIANCE / DAMAGE FEE $250 Non-refundable Failure to comply with all Rules & Regulations will result in vendor being charged a $250 Non Compliance Fee post-event.
