Terms & Conditions
- Food Vendors MUST register with the City of Frisco. You will be asked to upload a proof of permit to be added to our final vendor list. Visit https://www.friscotexas.gov/204/Mobile-Temporary-Food-Vendors for information.
- Vendor is responsible for supplying any items that may be needed for display, such as tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, zip ties, additional lights, tablecloths, power source, water, etc.
- Food Vendor Booths and Food trucks can drive in the day of the event starting at 10:00 AM. All Vendors must be loaded in by 12 PM. (Gates open at 1:00 PM)
- During load-in you will receive 4 worker wristbands. (Any additions must be requested by email at info@tacosandtequilafrisco.com)
- THE SALE OF ALCOHOL BY ANY VENDOR IS PROHIBITED.
- (Food Vendors) Absolutely no trash or oil dumping on the premises. If your area is not left in the way you found it, J&L Events LLC reserves the right to fine the business for damages.
- Your booth must stay open and active at all times during the event. We will allow for closing and booth breakdown ONLY between 5:00-5:30 PM or after the last artist has completed their performance (9:00PM) to avoid entertainment disruptions.
- Vendor is responsible for supplying any items that may be needed for display, such as tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, zip ties, additional lights, tablecloths, power source, water, etc.
- Food Vendors must comply with all standards and requests of the local health department and their onsite staff or risk forfeit of your right to vend.
- If you decide to leave the venue after loading/setup of your booth there is a no-return policy. If you need to make runs for supplies, you will need to make special arrangements to do so. and designate a staff runner.
- Please list J&L Events, LLC - 5 Cowboys Way, Ste 300, Frisco, TX 75034 as the additional insured on the Certificate of Insurance and upload documentation by April 25th.
- Work as a team for the event to make a positive contribution to the festival, culture and overall success.
- Promote the Tacos & Tequila Frisco Festival in a positive way.
- Acknowledge the importance of our individual contributions to the total effort involved in providing a happy and comfortable, yet safe and structured environment.
- Adhere to State laws and Festival regulations regarding tobacco use and possession.
