Thank you for your interest in Tacos & Tequila Fest-Frisco . We are excited to have you be a part of this event. This is going to be the biggest Cinco De Mayo experience the city has ever seen, featuring iconic hip-hop legends, tacos, tequila, margaritas, Lucha Xtreme and more. Vendor space is limited. We can not reserve your spot until registration and payment are received.  PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE APPLICATION PRIOR TO COMPLETING IT.   By completing your payment and submitting your application, you are electronically validating and approving this agreement.

Terms & Conditions

Booth Space: Trucks/Trailers up to 24 feet.  
  1. Food Vendors MUST register with the City of Frisco. You will be asked to upload a proof of permit to be added to our final vendor list. Visit https://www.friscotexas.gov/204/Mobile-Temporary-Food-Vendors for information.
  2. Vendor is responsible for supplying any items that may be needed for display, such as tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, zip ties, additional lights, tablecloths, power source, water, etc.
  3. Food Vendor Booths and Food trucks can drive in the day of the event starting at 10:00 AM.  All Vendors must be loaded in by 12 PM. (Gates open at 1:00 PM)
  4. During load-in you will receive 4 worker wristbands. (Any additions must be requested by email at info@tacosandtequilafrisco.com)
  5. THE SALE OF ALCOHOL BY ANY VENDOR IS PROHIBITED.
  6. (Food Vendors) Absolutely no trash or oil dumping on the premises. If your area is not left in the way you found it, J&L Events LLC reserves the right to fine the business for damages.
  7. Your booth must stay open and active at all times during the event. We will allow for closing and booth breakdown ONLY between 5:00-5:30 PM or after the last artist has completed their performance (9:00PM) to avoid entertainment disruptions.
  8. Vendor is responsible for supplying any items that may be needed for display, such as tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, zip ties, additional lights, tablecloths, power source, water, etc.
  9. Food Vendors must comply with all standards and requests of the local health department and their onsite staff or risk forfeit of your right to vend.
  10. If you decide to leave the venue after loading/setup of your booth there is a no-return policy. If you need to make runs for supplies, you will need to make special arrangements to do so. and designate a staff runner.
  11. Please list J&L Events, LLC - 5 Cowboys Way, Ste 300, Frisco, TX 75034 as the additional insured on the Certificate of Insurance and upload documentation by April 25th. 
CODE OF CONDUCTAll participants are required to conduct themselves in accordance with the Festival’s Policies and Code of Conduct and to observe Festival rules and regulations. By accepting a position at Tacos & Tequila, you agree to adhere to the preceding terms:
  • Work as a team for the event to make a positive contribution to the festival, culture and overall success.
  • Promote the Tacos & Tequila Frisco Festival in a positive way.
  • Acknowledge the importance of our individual contributions to the total effort involved in providing a happy and comfortable, yet safe and structured environment.
  • Adhere to State laws and Festival regulations regarding tobacco use and possession.
You will not be charged until your application is approved. Once approved, all sales are final, rain or shine NO REFUNDS. As always, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out.   Our goal is to develop a lasting partnership with all vendors, we are committed to working together to ensure a successful event!
