About the application

 
Event Details:
Date: Saturday, June 15
Time: 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Location: Town at Trilith, Trilith Pkwy, Fayetteville, GA 30214
 
 All work must be hand made by the artists. No wholesale or buy-sell is allowed. We DO NOT guarantee sales or customer buying potential. Also, at this time we cannot accept political or religiously affiliated partnerships. Thank you for understanding.
 
You will not be charged the application fee until you are accepted.

But first... Some FAQs:
1) What is the size of the booth at Trilith? = 10ft x 10ft space, need to bring your own coverage/tent and weights to secure tent. 
2) Will there be electricity accessible?=  Outdoor event, no electricity provided.  
3) Internet connectivity?= No WIFI, bring your "hotspot".
4) Will tables and chairs be provided, or do we need to provide our own?= Vendors to provide their own tables and chairs.
5) Where will the event be held? = Along Trilith Parkway and at the cross street of Morrison Ave. 
6) What kind of parking will be available for attendees? = There is retail and event parking at various locations around Trilith.
7) How many visitors do you anticipate having this year at the event? = We anticipate 800-1000 guests throughout the event, we do not guarantee sales. 
8) Who attends the event? = EVERYONE! We'll have families, creatives, business people, dreamers, artists, activists... people working in the area, people living in the area, This event will draw from Atlanta and the Fayette County area.
9) Why is there a fee to participate? = This small cost covers our team's set-up/break down cost for the event. Please note: If your organization is a 501C3 charity, contact us and we can discuss waiving the charge.
 
 
 
 

Terms & Conditions

All items sold must be handmade or handcrafted. Artist must submit at least 4 photos of items to be sold.
 
All vendors must arrive and have tent set up by 11:00. If you are late, you will not be able to set up. Please plan to park your car in the Piedmont parking lot or gravel lot in front of Barley Garden at Trilith. DO NOT PARK IN THE RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD.
 
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Here's how the application/approval process works:
1) Submit your application.
2) The Trilith committee will review applications..
3) You will receive an email from the Trilith committee with your approval and additional details.
4) Within the approval application email you will have a link to reserve your space.  You MUST follow this link to request your space. 
5) You will receive an email confirming your booth assignment.  
6) A week or two prior to the event you will receive "Day of Show" instructions  (set-up times, break-down time, etc.)
