About the event

It's FALL y'all!! So don your favorite boots, sweater, and cute hat...and come spend a day relaxing at 181 Ranch in its most BEAUTIFUL season! Pumpkins, cider, changing-leaves, flannels, hot cocoa, football... we LOVE fall and alllll the wonderful things it brings with it! We will have amazing vendors bringing you all things cozy, warm, and pumpkin-spiced! Food trucks, our famous mimosas, and more! Join us Friday and Saturday October 11-12, for FALL at The Ranch. Tickets are $10, 10 and under are free! We hope to see you there!!

About the application

SET UP TIMES: Wednesday Oct 9th 5-8pm, Thursday Oct 10th 2-8pm.  MUST be checked in by Thursday evening!!!! Barn CLOSES at 8pm each evening!
 
VENDOR EXPECTATIONS
• All booths must be opened and staffed from 10am--5pm
• Vendors are expected to be courteous to one another, and customers. Foul language or aggressive behavior towards any guest or employee will result in immediate removal.
• Vendors will be responsible for bringing all their own tools, chairs and tables, trash bags, extension cords, zip ties, and anything else needed to set up your entire booth and display. Please also bring help if you need assistance with heavy items. We recommend covering your display overnight with plastic, sheets or tarps.
• Vendors must be checked in and set-up by Thursday night, NO FRIDAY MORNING CHECK INS!!! **You do not have to leave your product Thursday night, you just must be checked in and know where your booth is.
• No gas appliances or flame of ANY kind is allowed.
• No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the barn.
• Please do not use any large nails or staple guns on the walls. Command strips and small tack nails are fine. Remove whatever you put up.
• If you are requesting electric- bring extension cords!! No electricity in outside spaces.
• Spaces will be marked. Please keep your setup within your marked area and respect your neighbor.
• If you plan to store crates, boxes, additional inventory, or anything beneath your table or within your booth, please bring a floor length table cover. These items must be out of sight.
• We will NOT be providing booth dividers. It is recommended that you build, rent, bring some sort of rear booth divider for your space. 12x12 stalls DO NOT need a divider!
• Clean up of your booth is NOT to begin prior to 5pm. Please bag and remove all trash from your booth area after clean up. There is a tan dumpster in the parking lot for trash. Dispose of your trash! There is also a recycling bin. If you have a mess in your booth space, sweep it up! There will be a $50 cleaning fee for excessive mess/trash (cut zip ties, tape on the floor, trash piled up, nails/tacks in the wall, etc). Please leave your space as you found it!
• 181 Ranch will not be responsible for submitting taxes on a vendor’s behalf. Vendors will be responsible for collecting and submitting taxes to the State of Oklahoma. County tax only. Current rate: 4.5%
• 181 Ranch and its’ associates are not responsible for fire, theft, accidents or any unforeseen circumstances that may damage/injure your property, self, or guests.
The barn will be closed and locked at night. The property is gated and management lives on site.
• Booth payment is non-refundable. No exceptions.

Arena 10x10 *SOLD OUT!* $195 Non-refundable Inside the main barn, wood floor.
Inside Corner upgrade SOLD OUT Non-refundable **Be sure you have also selected an inside space. This fee is to guarantee a corner space.
Stall 12x12 $195 Non-refundable Inside a horse stall with shavings on the floor, 4 walls, NOT combinable
Electricity $20 Non-refundable Available inside the barn and stalls only. No electricity available outside.
Open Air Tent 10x10 $175 Non-refundable Under our large white festival tent. No walls. You will NOT need your own canopy.
Outside 10x10 $115 Non-refundable Outside on grass. You WILL need your own canopy.
Boutique Trailer $200 Non-refundable Select if you will be selling out of/setting up a trailer (up to 24 feet long). If your trailer is longer please also select an outdoor space so you have enough room.
Food truck/trailer $250 Non-refundable Set up on gravel in front of barn. Includes electric. Bring extension cords and converters.
