About the application

Price per 12’ x 12’ Booth (Vendor provides tables/tent, etc.) APPLICATIONS ARE NOT A GUARANTEE OF ACCEPTANCE. ONLY A SELECT NUMBER OF VENDORS WILL BE APPROVED FOR THIS EVENT. 1. If you have a TRAILER, you MUST use a generator. 2. NO electrical will be supplied for trailers. 3. As a courtesy to food vendors you MAY NOT supply FREE FOOD OR SODAS. You may give out free water. 4. NO smokers or charcoal burning machines allowed Please contact Josh Campbell at jcampbell@cityofauburn-ga.org if you have any questions

Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. I acknowledge and agree that neither the City of Auburn, the Downtown Development Authority nor any of their officers, agents or employees is responsible for any loss or damage to any work or property of mine. 2. I acknowledge and agree that neither the City of Auburn, the Downtown Development Authority nor any of their agents or employees is responsible for any personal injuries, property damage , illness or death. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City, the Downtown Development Authority and their officers, agents and employees from all such claims. 3. I understand that while the City will undertake its best efforts to accommodate my requests, the City does not guarantee any particular location, any number of guests or visitors to the event, or uninterrupted access to utilities. 4. I agree to keep my assigned area free of debris and to place trash and recyclables in appropriate containers. 5. I agree to follow all directives of City personnel and law enforcement personnel regarding the operation of the space assigned to me. 6. I understand that there are no rain dates or refunds due to rain or any other weather event 7. I understand that if I fail to abide by any of these Terms and Conditions, I may be required to remove myself and my display from the festival without refund of any fees paid. 8. The City and DDA reserve the right to control the number and type of vendors, including the right to reject any or all vendor applications

Prices

Standard Booth $75
Snacks/Drinks Booth $100 For products that align more with a snack, drink, prepackaged goods, canned, or other consumables, i.e. lemonade, peanuts, prepackaged candies, drink carts that are smaller than the trailer rates, etc.
Food Booth $150 For vendors that are preparing food on site that would classify as a food truck, full meal, combo, or meals that are more than just snack foods.
12-23 Ft. Food Truck/Trailer $200 Measurement must include tongue length.
24-36 Ft Food Truck/Trailer $300 Measurement must include tongue length.
