Terms & Conditions
  1. Please see and sign the attached PDF for Rules and Regulations.
  2. You must have your booth set up before 10 am Saturday morning.
  3. If you need to leave early you will be charged a $50 fee to the credit card on file.
  4. Ensure you pick up your trash daily and use the provided trash cans throughout the market. There will be a trash disposal fee of $20 at the end of the Festival when we are cleaning and we see any personal trash items in your booth space.
  5. If your business address is located in Palm Springs, you will need to submit a copy of your City of Palm Springs Business License. If your business address is outside of Palm Springs, you are required to obtain a temporary seller's permit. There is no charge for this permit.
  6. Be Kind & Courteous to customers and your fellow vendors.

Arenas Rd 10' x 10' SPACE on NORTH Side of Street | Red Zone | Your Tent $1,800 Non-refundable Non-tented space on the North Side of the street is 10' deep x 10' wide, open on 1 side for customer access, with an 8' height limit and includes 2 amps of electricity (240 watts) using your 25' power cord to access electricity from a distribution box, 1-8' table, 2 chairs.  Included in the fee is the city temp vendor permit ordered by the Pride organization. Your space location will be assigned by Pride in the Red Zone and will be located on Arenas Rd between Palm Canyon and Indian Canyon. Your fee is for two days - Nov 2 and 3, 2024.  PALM SPRINGS PRIDE FESTIVAL HOURS OF OPERATION * Saturday, November 2, 2024 - 11:00 am to 9:00 pm * Sunday, November 3, 2024 – 11:00 am to 4:30 pm * This space backs up to a sidewalk. *Power is provided during festival hours only. Insurance for information only exhibitor (no sales) $100 Non-refundable Insurance - Information Only Select this item if you are Only Presenting Information (no selling). You may use your own policy or purchase an Endorsement from Palm Springs Pride’s event insurance carrier. Palm Springs Pride tries to provide an affordable insurance option for those who do not have an annual policy and are capable of naming Palm Springs Pride as additional insured. Palm Springs Pride offers a convenient option for purchasing one-time event insurance to participate in the festival. To purchase this insurance, place this item in your shopping cart.   Please ask your insurance agent if they can provide you with the required insurance certificate. This item is available if you don't have another way to provide insurance. Event insurance may be available at a lower cost from another insurance provider.  We encourage you to contact your broker for information. ALL EXHIBITORS/VENDORS MUST HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE in the amount of $1,000,000.00, naming Greater Palm Springs Pride, Inc. as co-insured, and are required to provide proof of such insurance. A copy of your current/active certificate of Insurance must be uploaded to your dashboard no later than September 30 of the applicable year. Note - Insurance is not valid if you sublet, share your space, or have any third party present in your exhibit space.

I agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by Palm Springs Pride staff and understand that failure to do so can result in immediate expulsion. I will have no illegal substances or weapons on my person or in my booth or vehicle during the festival. I also understand and agree that Palm Springs Pride reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any vendor for any reason.

  • Minimum pictures required: 0
  • Include photos that show your entire sales, food prep, and cooking areas, as well as the front and back of your booth. Signage can not exceed the width of your space and cannot be higher than 8'. The back of your booth must be kept clean, organized, and presentable to the public.
